Mystery Of Life Is Love

What would life be without love?
Like a dark day without light from above,
Like a faded and withered rose,
Or as a dry brook that no longer flows. Without Love the night would be bleak and long.
Life without Love, would be like a bird without song,
Like the emerald lawn that is parched and dead,
A hearth fire without a glow, a pit of fiery red. Love knows no bounds, time, nor place.
Love is a song, mystery, a glowing face
Of an aged woman, man, a baby, small child,
As deep as the ocean, knows no bounds, is mild. Young lovers, with innocence, know love
With flames of passion inspired from above.
Love is forgiving, enduring and ever present
In all beauty of the universe and all that's pleasant.
