The Smallest Light

It matters not how dark it might be
Through this life's stormy sea-
If we could but grasp within our sight,
Just a glimpse of the smallest light.

It matters not the gloom and despair
If someone would only care-
To help us reach a higher height
With a glimpse of the smallest light

It matters not though all alone
And no one to call our very own-
Life would seem bright if we could grasp sight,
Of a glimpse of the smallest light.

What darkness would flee
If we could but be-
The Light within the night.
