Christianity is now considered as a race,
Members all struggling to the finish line without helping their own.
With the passing of time and changing of tides,
Our churches now filled with the notion of 'each one for himself, God for us all'.

But we all a role we must play,
From the pastor to the little child
In the building of the Kingdom of God.

We all might not raise the dead, heal the sick or part the sea,
But a genuine heart with love aflame
Can go a long way to help a friend.

Thus Lord teach us each day to love like you,
Forgive like you.
Serve like you.
To Tolerate like you do and most importantly
Teach everyone to live like you Christ.


For we are one team. one unit. one family. one body.
We ought to start acting like one.

So I urge all of us to start acting as one.
