She climbed out of bed...
And then she said...
“I’m leaving you because there’s
No nothing more between us...”
She said our love was dead...

She packed up...
Then she cracked up...
“How could you think I’d stay
When you don’t even like me?”
And then she threw up...

She asked me over and over again
Would I share my thoughts with her...
She had been trying to tell me for so long
But I simply could not hear her...

My soul aches...
Recalling all my mistakes...
I can’t find the words to share my thoughts but I know that she’s right...
Our wedding picture she breaks...

I know I want her...
I know I need her...
I try to find a way inside my head
to say please stay, dear...
But I no longer love her...

We haven’t held each other in so long...
I try to find the words to finish this sad song...
But I know together we just don’t belong...

Her lips move...
She wanted us to improve...
But in her voice I no longer hear her sounds...
Her words no longer behoove...

She asked me over and over again
Would I just share my thoughts with her...
She had been trying to tell me for so long
But I simply would not hear her...
