Ivy Roof

Click here to listen to Ivy Roof The campus palm trees wave mysteriously,
We pass the Lotus pond in starry light.
Amid round leaves there stand a spirit white
A lotus blooms in moonlight fragrantly.
You help me climb dark stairways gently;
We sit atop an ivy roof at night.
The moon, a hanging lamp on trees, is bright
And we, on ivy leaves, talk seriously
From life to death, form joy to agony.
We dare to dream: what will our future be ...
Your brilliant talents challenge destiny!
The moon pales; summer night breathes silently;
Your passion, tender love and ecstasy
Still wander; fate is what I fail to see.
