Its blooming bush is looking at my window
And glowing eagerly and with desire.
And to the sunlight from thick clustered shadow
Its charming fragrance streams up above and higher,
It's a seduce for curious nearby coming
To touch it with their eyes and then with hand
And smell the odor charm in merry morning
And with its haughtiness awhile to stand
The lilac's scent is nice like many other's flowers.
A fairyland for bees and butterflies
It gives delight by blooming many hours
And memory about its beauty never dies.
We feel a slight soft sorrow in our hearts
Ass with the days the lilac's bloom departs
