She wandered in the woods alone
Lost and scared, she wanted to go home
She cried for help, but no one heard
She felt like a lonely little bird
But as she walked, she saw a sight
A stream of water, clear and bright
She drank and washed her weary face
And felt a surge of newfound grace
She followed the stream to a meadow fair
Where flowers bloomed and filled the air
She picked a bunch and made a crown
And felt her spirits lift from the ground
She saw a deer, a fox, a hare
They came to her without a scare
They nuzzled her and licked her hand
And made her feel like she belonged
She realized then, she was not lost
She had found a home, at nature's cost
She decided to stay, and live in the woods
And learn more beautiful things from the goods
