Heart raising as I think
Sweaty palms as I feel
Agitation behind my smile
What I feel is real.

Behind every conversation is doubt
Something I may say is overthought
Whereas people think this can be stopped
When in reality it can not

A world full of thoughts and worries
Where there is silence there is pain
Not a lot will understand
That all we see instead of the sun is rain

But what I know is we are not who we think we are
Whereas after the rain the sun comes out
There is happiness all around
That is why we shall never be in doubt
