In the dense plane, the human being has a double support - in the form of “physical” and “etheric” (vital - nefesh) bodies. Each organ of the vital body (the Eastern tradition calls them “chakras”) is capable of receiving vital force and transforming it into the type of energy (pneuma) that is required from this organ, which is characteristic of it. In addition, the collection of pneuma and its transformation can occur, firstly, more or less successfully, and this success is a measure of the “health” and functional activity of the nephesh organs, and, secondly, this collection can be carried out both from the general ocean of Blue Light, and from other sources, including by vampirizing surrounding creatures (or exchanging energy with them)
One way or another, every person constantly and actively interacts with the people around him and other beings at the level of energies of the vital body, and both the volume and form of this interaction can be very different, for example, people entering into certain forms of sexual interaction, close more or less strong connections of sexual energies, people united by a common cause, a common task - establish connections at the level of will energies, people experiencing emotional experiences in the direction of each other - interact at the level of “heart” energies, and so on
There are several ways to monitor and manage these interactions. The first - “body-oriented” - consists of the actual active ordering of the functioning of nefesh - all kinds of energy exercises are aimed at this - yoga, qigong and the like. The second approach implies a high degree of awareness and global self-mastery - the development of the energy of awareness to such an extent that it streamlines the currents of life force - “competitive” rituals, exercises in seeing energies, and so on. It is clear that the first approach involves promoting control from the bottom up, while the second approach is from the top down Both approaches are very effective, and choosing which one to use (or both) is a matter of personal preference
Not only awareness, but also discipline and orderliness of actions gives the magician the degree of efficiency that is necessary to go beyond simple evolution, and this is the first task of Magic itself
