Any being uses vital force to transform it into an actualized Power of awareness, and this process includes three fundamental stages: accumulation, differentiation and actualization, and the original Vital energy is homogeneous, potential, and has no meaning outside the flow of Consciousness

To distinguish these stages, there are designations of “Blue” Light - the Force of Life, “Red” Light - the active form of vital energy and “White” Light - the Light of Awareness, while any actualization, fulfillment of desire, impulse of the will manifests itself precisely in the form of a stream of “red” light, and only the highest forms of creativity occur due to the “white” Force

Very often, at the stage of the “Red” Light, the whole process ends - consciousness, using vital energy, only superficially slides over its blocks, without penetrating into their depths and without updating them, since the entire modern civilization is built on a cognitive model, implying the maximum expansion of experience with its minimal depth, however, it is the Red Light that is the food of demons in the broad sense of the word - both klippothic and borderline predators

That is why it is necessary not only to expand your consciousness, but also to deepen it, not only to acquire, but also to analyze experience, which is a prerequisite for the development of awareness - filling with White Light
