Her ambience and calmness makes me feel safe and comfortable in its presence
After the calm I move back to the blaring society
She clings unto my hands and seems to not let go
I tried to shake her off and reject her invitation to stay in her arms
She wants to stay with me and hold me
I let go of her hand and ran away but every step I take
It takes me back to her
I tried to scream but it was futile to even try
With no other choice left, I accepted her invitation to stay within the loud silent room
I dressed up in my finest suit and you were painting your fingernails
We drank a couple of bottles and watched the world cave in
We sat in silence and looked at each other’s eyes as if saying goodbye.
