God is not dead, but is enthroned
In Heaven high above.
And seated at His right hand,
Is His don of infinite love.
God is not dead, for He is our life,
Beyond this world, beyond the grave,
Beyond the tyranny and the strife,
Beyond the powers that enslave.
God is not dead; the trumpet sounds
Over mountains high and valleys deep;
God is not dead; the call rebounds,
From vales and rocks and mountains steep,
God is not dead, but lives; and would impart
To every human mind and heart, His love.
