A DAWN TO COME

A good people's tomorrow will row,
Slowly creeps like a lost man
Crouching to prayer braving the more
Alive, alike lost in themselves to a burn.

Through the soul, will it brighter?
Maybe glow as an archangel in heaven,
Clearer than a page of a bible writer
It is a dawn to come a dawn craven.

A rusty chain will break loose
Unshackling their minds with signs,
Living love, hope and truce
In each being breathing the sighs.

Silently not directly into detail.
A good people's tomorrow will row,
Not to bow surely not to fail
Crouching to prayer braving the more.
