The Poetry crown I'll take to the grave
for which I fought a lifetime brave

when the whisper of silence be no more
my ashes will be scattered on the shore

the ocean of my mind will leave
behind the emptiness for no one to grieve

my soul will be escorted on the aisle of the sea
where all my desires will finally be free

the world will remember me for the poetry I create
throughout the journey of time with the message I take

the candle of imagination will be the throne in heaven's glow
where the kingdom I shaped on earth humanity will know

with humility, I have surrendered my life to live as a sage
this is the only reality I have come to recognize outside this cage.
