Libya

Libya, my country of birth, dearer to me than what life is worth. A land of allure to all those with greed, in the name of freedom they all proceed.

From chaos and corruption it’s people suffer, life for the locals can’t get any tougher. The people are kind and warm hearted, with words of welcome your journey started.

It’s lands are vast and full of riches, it’s natural beauty to it’s boarders stretches. The ancient ruins of marble are carved, standing tall and well preserved.

The coast of Libya is long and slender, the sandy shores are full of wonder. The green mountain is a sight to see, there is no place I would rather be.

You would love the golden sands of the Sahara, the silky dunes and the sierra. The weather there is hot and dry, it’s blazing sun from the cold is shy.

The country’s wealth is mind blowing, on the shores of North Africa a star glowing. All our lives for freedom have cheered, surely for this we should be revered.
