I would write about politics
and current affairs
and then read what I had
written on the radio
world petroleum congress
the illegality of the bush election
the ridiculous nature of marijuana
criminalization
and so on

people would call in
and my friends
those that listened to the show
every Thursday
five through six
would say things like
great rant
wow you should do
have your own show
I would say thanks
what else is there to say?
that’s the question I should
have asked myself before I
did the show
because
these are dead topics with
a new freshly carved face
stolen from some victim
of the current crisis
which is just masqueing
the red death behind
all of these monkey dances
and live sex shows with
no tits
and no ass

So I don’t think I am going to
write about
politics and current events
in the near future
