A Peaceful Winter

White teardrops fall from the sky.
Children’s giggles fly by
as the bare wooden board
descends the soft hill.

Sweet steamy smells wafting through,
warming noses of all.
Local cafe’s sign reads:
“One-dollar cocoa”
