They're usually children.
Sometimes animals.
All cases are heartbreaking.
It's a dreadful commentary on the human race.
In fact, it's a disgrace.
I understand that humans are complicated.
Is it cruelty or genetics or ignorance or just doing what you know.
And the list goes on.
The reasoning behind it is a conclusion forgone.
