Be brave to say goodbye

Be brave not to tell a lie.

It was a beautiful spring day like today
The humming birds were antsy and enchanted
And the squirrels were crossing the freeway.

Reality is hard to accept.

When I talk to others, we talk loud and clear.
When I finally tell them that “hey, dooms day is near.”
I mention the world and the way that it burns.
The way that the animal lives and yearns
for the days when the humans weren’t taking their families and homes,
away from them.
I remember to mention the catastrophic events
of the world that we live in at all it’s expense.

When they say stop, I forget to hear.

Who fears nothing under the sun
I am a brave and defiant soldier
I am a peaceful gladiator
My pencil is my sword
My pen is my deadly weapon
I write one word at a time, one word
Which can destroy their plan
My pen is like a machine gun
An M16, which spits with a lot of fun
