Life On Rollerblades

she races on rollerblades
by herself when daylight fades
alone but she’s not lonely
“i’ve got the stars beside me”

they are both one thumb apart
and separated by galaxies
can be covered by our palms
blinding ourselves but not conceal it

Positive souls by all that mean,
Driving cool in a fast machine
Then something happened,
We blacked out
We stuck in the dark,
Could not shout
It's the car wrack,
That we couldn't move
