Four Faces Of You

Does somebody have an idea, hint or a clue?
What's or Whom had the 'four faces of you?
Sketchy white, no color nor hue,
Though I hate to see felt so blue.
'GLAD' - so happy and smiling so dearly,
Never doubted her, do hugs and kisses daily,
But then smile's gone, faded suddenly,
Is it or Am I too late to say sorry?
