My weakness

I pray to the creator of worlds
to the creator of time
to make mine short
as I navigate this life alone and lonely
I tried to make the words my companion
Alas they were still mine
sounding alone and lonely
I tried to make nature my partner
Alas its beautiful words were unknown to me
And now all I have left are my prayers
......
