Patience A Virtue To Uphold
by Christen Kuikoua

Patience, a virtue so pure and true,
A quality that can carry us through.
A scene of sin? No, that's not quite right,
It's our response to temptation that's the fight.

With wisdom and patience, we can avoid the snare,
And keep ourselves from falling into despair.
We can stay strong when the winds of change blow,
And navigate life's challenges with a steady flow.

Isolation in a crowd
by Corben Bruce

Isolation in a crowd

We laugh, we smile, we joke
We weep and hug and cry
Jokes and joy,laughter and love
And still alone I feel all night

I know that together we all are
But still as one I feel at heart
Unsure of myself, unsure of my place

Left Thoughts
by Precious Whispers

I remember that instant I talked to you,
Staring at the moon, and as I noticed
The dulcet tones of nightfall.
The words I uttered and focussed

On what actually really mattered.
Was it the losing or the gaining,
Or rather the failing and winning,
Then was it part of the ageing?

A letter to a sick child
by Dr. Robert Ippaso

There once was a little snail,
That wondered why It didn't have a proper tail,
She asked all those that passed her by
If there might be a rather simple reason why.
None proved to be that kind,
Which put her in an awful bind,
Until one fateful sunny day
She met a hare along the way.
My friend he said, looking awfully smug,
A tail Is something others often tug,

That First Encounter
by Haych Nano

I feel my heart beating fast
me and my love alone at last.
we slowly climbed onto the bed
I can't repeat the words i said.
she grabbed my hand to pull me near
a simple whisper in my ear.
I placed a kiss upon her lips
as both her hands clench my hips.
down my sides run her finger nails
she knows full well, it never fails.

Maybe There’s a Way in No Straight Phrase
by Brady Stewart

I wish would this plain hatred disappear.
Wish I would trust his boasting,
But, inherently tainted hype by one’s
Self-mending external validating.
I currently feel as literally if
Maggots are eating through my stomach wall
I never complain about her,
Call at her scratching 3d stickers,
Yet I find a falling to attack
Accumulating my true action in my words.
