supernova
by Sirena V

as i am fixed amongst the stars,
i am devastated by the feeling of searing pain.

i don’t burn bright like all the other stars,
nothing like the other constellations formed endlessly
across space.

i burn tirelessly in grief and am aflame with eternal rage.

ever withholding from an all-consuming combustion,

Truth Of Nothing
by Michael J. Nappi

Truth of Nothing
Long winded words
hot and polished
read aloud,
as if from the heart.

Speeches of subterfuge
feed full spoons of fraudulence,
slightly sweetened slander
gobbled by a gaggle of goons.

St. David's Head
by Sir Lewis Morris

SALT sprays deluge it, wild waves buffet it, hurricanes rave ;
Summer and winter, the depths of the ocean girdle it round ;
In leaden dawns, in golden noon-tides, in silvery moonlight
Never it ceases to hear the old sea's mystical sound.
Surges vex it evermore
By gray cave and sounding shore,

Think of the numberless far-away centuries, long before man,
When the hot earth with monsters teemed, and with monsters the deep,
And the red sun loomed faint, and the moon was caught fast in the motionless air,

Prison
by Shira Yovel

Static. Elongated. Loud. Present. Clear.

Piercing. Slow. Sharp.

An existence.

Stuck in the middle of nothing.

Nothing being the space

highly debated
by Rikske Kessner

Galaxies argue, expansion quickens,
Hubble’s tension persists
...distances debated.
Black holes dance sideways
gravity’s pull defied; space bends
reality warps;
...cosmic ballet in motion.

A pair of stars entwined in light:
faces tense , cosmic forces at play.

Silent Steps of Time
by Bhaskaranand Jha Bhaskar

Silent steps of Time
Tiptoe the path we tread,
Throughout our journey
From birth,
Childhood,
Youthfulness,
Old age till our death!

Each moment,
In every way,

Mass Exodus: Back and Forth
by Bhaskaranand Jha Bhaskar

Millions of legs, tight and stout, step out
Of their weak doorsteps
With their empty but mighty hands;
They never shirk working anywhere,
In any way, or so many ways
In any circumstances
Melting even Dallol, the hottest
With their cool-mindedness
Or heating even Oymyakon, the coldest
With their hot blood.
