Time and tide waits for no man
Take care of your body when you can
For when it is too late
You cannot blame your fate
Nor curse your genes
So, begin to exercise early in your teens.
Healthy body is the only ground
where you can stay
Till your death ,safe and sound
Do not ignore the call of health
