Epiphany
There are days when we should leave books behind, walk alone in a wood or by a brook, or in a garden or park looking at the flowers and plants, forget our work, be slow, silent and empty, just pause or stop, listen, feel, be aimless and unintentional, let go completely, breathe deeply and sink into a state of effortless calm, allow time to slip away without our being conscious of its passage, stare into the benign sky, embrace what's before us, and be at one with that experience which is beyond words to describe.
Our epiphany then the moment becomes.
