The Road I chose

Exclusive choices but to choose one,
and a confused little mind to help me out
Inexperienced of the sage conviction,
I chose that made me stout.

With thorns to beguile my fate,
afraid to walk down the road alone
cowering in the closet of distrusts
dubious of the road I chose.
