A complement of the quiet.
Your words rare,
Complimenting my deepest desires.
Sometimes I inquire,
If me, with thee, shall ever be.
Oh, to foresee reality,
Yet, to be only a dream.
Living luxuriously in a close-eyed fantasy.

You putting on the best grin
And her tender character makes you wonder
Why has it taken so long for her to pull you under
The everlasting blanket of love that has been put on you like a jumper
Which will always persist.
Her endless listening makes you feel
Like your skin has no other choice but to peel
Until all thats left is you bare and kneel

Am I too weak to even shed a sliver of her light?
For without her light, Darkness rules my existence.
Have I found my eternity?
Darkness is my eldest acquaintance,
But I could only dream to make hers.

Undefinable corrosion.
But the definition is you,
And you define me.
My desire is you,
But what do you aspire to be?
We can conspire together,
But together we aren't destined to be.
If only I could buy your time.
As long as it consists of a piece of your mind.
