Meaningful shall be the preparations.
Enjoyable, the chants and incantations.
Exciting and pleasurable all shall be.
when Jesus is the focus of our activity.

Christmas is much more than just the decorations
and more fun than the party celebrations.
It is not just eating turkey or drinking wine.
For with Christ at the centre it becomes divine.

Let's light the candles and really celebrate.
Let's put up the Christmas lights and decorate.
Let's eat the turkey and have so much more fun
as we remember the birth of God's Beloved Son.
