Hi,
I'm Lasantha De Silva a Sri Lankan social researcher, teacher and a writer at age 49 who holds an honours bachelor's degree and a master's degree in sociology. I have done many researches based on religion and personality, education, teenagers, happiness, satisfactory and mental and material development. I have been working with teenagers as well as in vulnerable societies for over twenty years as a teacher, adviser and as a social worker.
My work includes fourteen (14) volumes of applied psychological books for life success as, 'Thoughts Of Success', including 100 thoughts for each volume totalling 1400 thoughts. I have written four research books on 'Social Impact On 2019 Easter Sunday Attack', 'Sri Lankan Education Needs Oxygen', 'Teenage Grounds The Future', and 'My Philosophy', and ten children story books, totalling 27 books. At the same time I conduct life achievement workshops for parents, teachers and teenagers.
Presently I'm documenting two research writings as "Challenge challenges" and "Prospering vulnerable".
As a single parent I was able to build up my two sons in a talented way by using my own techniques of child motivation, and was able to finish their school education six (06) years earlier than it's scheduled. As a social researcher I have done many practical work with children in vulnerable societies. At the same time as a writer and a motivator I conduct programmes to uplift the vulnerable and use my thoughts of success and my own techniques to bring happiness and success to their lives.
Hope I can deliver my best to y'all and will be a fruitful member.
