Nigerian poet, novelist, short-story writer and painter, Nkwachukwu Ogbuagu, was born in Umuahia, south of Nigeria. Educated in Nigeria, he began to write novels at age 15, while in secondary school. He has published Bosheth Williams (a Bildungsroman), Words of a Shaman (a Bildungsroman), and My Dungarees (a novella). Many of his poems are published online. Some have appeared in newspapers in Nigeria. A writer of aphorisms, over 500 quotable quotes of his are distributed worldwide, cited by people from all walks of life, and appear on many websites. His painting and charcoal sketches have been exhibited in Germany. A lover of music, he is a drummer.
