Mother Nature

As I sit outside comfortably in my chair,
The sun beating down as I breathe fresh air,
A peaceful cool breeze often blows by,
Cooling me off in the sun as I lie,

Creepy bugs crawl for miles in the green grass,
Trees grow slowly for decades they last,
Birds spread their wings ultimately flying high,
As white clouds form various shapes all over the sky,

The ocean expands so far it seems there’s no end,
Mountains large and vast there size transcends,
The deserts heat makes it vacant very few call it home,
Forests are alive with lots of space where habitants will roam,

Fall season brings colored leaves that will fall to the floor,
Next is Winter so frigid and cold keeping everyone indoors,
Than Spring delivers warmth changing people’s mood,
And Summer sun is delightful as our soul feels renewed,

Anytime of year there’s a scene lingering to attract,
Mother Nature we must enjoy there’s nothing she lacks,
So take time to appreciate the day earth was born,
Because us people attribute the worst making her torn.
