Wayward son and survivor, Michael turned to the pen at just 13 years old. What began as a way to see and arrange troubling thoughts and emotions blossomed into a life long love of words.

Michael accredits his unique perspective to being born breech: "I entered this world upside so things looked different from day one" quips this poet.
