akin to almost any poem not riddled by: platform... or publisher fox-trodden maneuvering catch-me-if-you-can mentality... not chastised by any editorial procedures... self-worth guaranteed... i don't have to exclusively read a poem... i can actually appreciate it akin to looking at a painting... of course i'll read a poem... but first i can appreciate its focus deviating from the x-ray involved... i care very little for rhyme, i guess rhyming is an outdated measure... before i read: i simply look... a sharpening of contorts, the odd neon flash: flurescent vinyl violet among the ivory dull bone hue of: out of date dalmation spotty, scratched tilting from the broken shadow of mauve - that gave birth from its rupture - the hints of agitated wisteria.

play the humpty dumpty game of
dragging apologetics into the whole:

of speaking while also apologizing /
