Do the birds answer Thy call-Is that their melody?
Is the trilling and the billing all for Thee?
Are the clouds that sail above, floating so fast and free,
But a cover, as they hover over Thee?
Do the flowers on the ground lifting their faces, see
In their swaying-or their praying--
only Thee?
Is the rain that finds its way through foliage green of tree,
So refreshing-but expressing love for Thee?
All of nature seems ordained whate'er its way may be--
To be praising as it's raising voice to Thee.
Nature's God, Oh, hear my prayer, help Thou even me
to surrender, as I render Allto thee.
