I was treasuring the beautiful view of the mountains
when
suddenly
something gave me great fright
as
the ice before me convulses suddenly, thrust upward
frightfully
I wondered
what could be causing this event
my curiosity peaked
I began to move presumptuously forward to investigate
when
I found myself abandoning at great speed
as
the conning tower of a nuclear submarine
broke unadulterated from the ice
raising my camera
I capture
the whole picture
which
in retrospect, recalls a vision
of
Beauty and the Beast
