As I welcome a stranger into my daily world...
One we share together with each other...
A gesture we share openly, totally unfurled...

“Good morning!”
To the father, walking hand in hand with his son...
They both offer a nod and pleasant smile...
As their new day has just begun...

“Good morning!”
An older couple says to their friend…
They exchanges pleasantries every morning...
And they always will until the end…

“Good morning!”
Two of the easiest words we often say...
Watch the smiles come over their faces...
As these words brighten up their day...
