I started writing as a coping mechanism for severe mental illness. Writing became a vessel in which I was able to explore my emotions and understand exactly what was going on in my mind. All the prose I have written explores some part of the suffering I went through being mentally ill. I decided to share my writing as I hope that others can resonate with it, and know that they aren't alone in this struggle.
