The daylight came, with an e'erlasting
Brightness, as the moon moved o'er,
to make room for the light to start basking
In this glory! It sprayed its ray on the clover
In the field, as the little green pedals
Took notice, and raised their heads to see
This bright light. It seemed their medals
Were earned, just by standing at attention, to be
The first to receive the light, that had come
With the day! The warmth came, too, as the sun
Replaced the moon in the sky, and from
This miracle, the day materialized, into the run,
For its turn, to be God's guiding pattern,
That had been planned, since the beginning of creation.
