Looking Glass

The years all gone and past
I now behold in my looking glass.
Vivid scenes that now unfold;
experiences I left untold.

Looking back on yesterday;
just a simple thought away.
The days are multiplied
yet the memories, they don’t die.

From childhood until now,
With the thought I raise a brow.
O how time runs from you!
Many days seem just a few.

The summer of one’s life
brings a gentle, little smile.
In the mirror here I see
a reflection of the real me.
