Mona Lisa
LIKE THIS POEM
Gritting my teeth
I bite my tongue under my Mona Lisa smile.
Grating words intensify
The glare of the grin and glint of my eye.
Oblivious,
The words continue to spurt out
Like blood would, if looks could kill.
