I am a poet and English teacher born in Lincoln Nebraska. Two years ago I made a goal to write some form of poetry every day and so far I've held my end of the deal. I like to write about the human experience, personal experience, emotions, spirituality, and history. I am inspired by poets like Walt Whitman, and Musicians like Bob Dylan. Before I graduated high school my English teacher had a big impact on my life. He pulled me from a dark place, and I give partial credit to him for where I am now in life.
