Let's Face It

I see a day, before we win this war,
When razors — and cosmetics — are no more;
When whiskered bishops will unite in joy
The paintless maiden and the bearded boy.

But I believe that Beauty stands to gain:
And there's no doubt, when Britons do not shave,
They may not feel it, but they look more brave.
